Program Basics

Venture building is a systematic approach to creating new businesses from scratch. Unlike traditional startup incubators, we don't just mentor existing ideas – we actively participate in building companies from concept to market launch. Our programs teach you how to identify market opportunities, validate business models, and build scalable ventures using proven methodologies.
Our core venture building program runs for 12 months, starting in August 2025. This gives you enough time to work through the complete cycle of opportunity identification, business model development, team building, and initial market validation. We also offer shorter 6-month intensive tracks for specific skill areas.
No prior business experience is required. We welcome participants from diverse backgrounds including recent graduates, career changers, and industry professionals. What matters most is curiosity about entrepreneurship and willingness to learn. Our curriculum is designed to take you from wherever you are to competency in venture building.
We focus on systematic venture creation rather than hoping for lightning-in-a-bottle moments. You'll learn frameworks used by successful venture studios and corporate innovation labs. The emphasis is on repeatable processes for identifying opportunities, testing assumptions, and scaling businesses methodically.

Enrollment & Logistics

Applications for our August 2025 cohort open in March 2025. We typically receive applications over a 6-week period and make decisions by late May. Early applications often have advantages, so we recommend applying within the first few weeks of the application window opening.
We offer a hybrid model. Core curriculum sessions happen online twice weekly, making the program accessible regardless of location. However, we do have quarterly in-person workshops in Brisbane and Sydney where participants can network and work intensively on their ventures with direct mentorship.
Your program fee covers all curriculum materials, access to our venture building toolkit, quarterly in-person workshops, ongoing mentorship, and lifetime access to our alumni network. You'll also get guest expert sessions and access to our partnerships with legal and accounting firms for venture setup.
Yes, we offer several payment options including monthly installments over the program duration. We also have early-bird discounts for applications submitted in the first two weeks. Contact our enrollment team to discuss what works best for your situation.
We keep cohorts intentionally small at 25-30 participants to ensure quality mentorship and peer interaction. This size allows for meaningful connections while maintaining diverse perspectives from different industries and backgrounds.

Support & Resources

Beyond the structured curriculum, you get access to office hours with instructors, peer mentorship circles, and guest expert sessions. We also maintain an active online community where participants share resources, ask questions, and collaborate on projects even after program completion.
While we don't provide direct funding, we do teach you how to evaluate when ventures are ready for investment and how to approach different types of funding sources appropriately. Many of our guest speakers are from the venture capital and angel investment community, providing networking opportunities.
We understand that life happens. All sessions are recorded, and we have catch-up mechanisms built into the program. If you're struggling with specific concepts, our instructors offer additional office hours. In extreme circumstances, we can help you transfer to a future cohort.
Absolutely. You retain lifetime access to all curriculum materials, recorded sessions, and our venture building frameworks. You'll also remain part of our alumni network, which continues to be a valuable resource for ongoing ventures and career opportunities.
We track multiple metrics including skill development through practical assessments, venture concept quality, and long-term career progression of our alumni. Many participants go on to launch their own ventures, join existing startups in key roles, or bring venture building skills to corporate innovation teams.
